Yvette Connolly, LAC, NCC is a clinical therapist who provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being open and honest. She believes therapy should be a place where people can talk through thoughts, emotions, and experiences they may not feel able to share elsewhere.


With empathy, curiosity, and a little humor, she helps clients work through life’s challenges, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs.


She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth.
